Our story
Cinnroll Bakehouse started with one pan of rolls and a simple rule: if it isn't made from scratch, it doesn't leave the kitchen. Every Friday we mix, proof, roll, and frost in small batches — never frozen, never rushed.
Quantities are limited on purpose. When the tray is empty, that's it until next week. Early arrival recommended.
How to preorder
DM us on Instagram by Thursday noon with your flavors and quantity.
Your rolls go into the oven Friday morning and get frosted while still warm.
Swing by the Coyote Canyon pop-up from 2 PM. Your name's on the box.
